By this point, we should have a clear understanding of your financial position and borrowing capacity. During this call, we’ll discuss your specific preferences, long-term goals, and property options. We’ll dive deeper into potential locations, pricing, and options that meet your criteria.
Additionally, this is the perfect opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the process or your specific situation. We aim to provide all the information you need to feel confident in moving forward. At the end of this call, we’ll formalize our partnership and request a retainer fee to officially engage our services. The Strategy and Engage processes are typically handled together during this call, allowing us to move forward quickly and efficiently, without delays or unnecessary back-and-forth.
